Hi! I’m Jamie.

The Aligned Body & Mind Method emerged from my personal journey with gut health, depression, and anxiety, looking for holistic, sustainable, natural long-term solutions.

Focusing on the well-being of mind, body, and spirit, I pursued formal education in Nutritional Sciences, Yoga, Meditation, Mindset & Self-Development, and Astrology.

By blending these tools, I healed my gut, gained control over my mind, balanced my hormones, and optimized my life to feel consistently energized, centered, focused, and motivated.

I also explored the human psyche, pinpointing the roots of self-sabotage and mapping a path to overcome these shadows, allowing us to live confidently and in alignment with our dreams and visions.

Most excitingly, I’ve created this simple, 3-step formula to help curious, open-minded, holistically focused women do the same.
